Lead Planner and Owner

Alicia Miller is a South Carolina native and proud alumna of the College of Charleston and New York University. Her journey into professional wedding planning began with her own destination wedding in Charleston in 2021 while living in New York. Through the experience of planning her own celebration, she discovered not only a passion for creating meaningful events, but also a desire to help other couples enjoy the process with confidence and peace of mind.

With a background in event planning and project management, Alicia understands firsthand how exciting and overwhelming wedding planning can be. After bringing her own vision to life, she knew she wanted to help couples experience that same joy while taking the stress off their shoulders.

Since founding Timeless Celebrations by Alicia, she has had the privilege of planning weddings at some of Charleston's most beloved venues, including Historic Rice Mill, The Camden Room, Cooper River Room, Hotel Bennett, Dunes West, Trinity Hall, and many more.

Month of Coordination

(Starting at $1,400)

Our Month of Coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want professional support to bring it all together seamlessly. We step in up to 8 weeks before your wedding day, starting with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision and review all your plans.

Access to List of Recommended Vendors

Access to Client Portal

where all communication, planning notes, design inspiration photos, seating charts, floor plans, and important wedding details are organized in one convenient place.

Up to 4 Video or Phone Consultations (1 Hour)

Unlimited communication via text and email for ongoing support and peace of mind

Timeline Development:

We’ll help you finalize a comprehensive wedding day timeline, covering everything from the pre-ceremony preparations to the last dance.

Vendor Coordination:

We'll take over communication with your selected vendors, confirming schedules, managing contracts, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Up to 2 Venue Visits

Two walkthroughs to review layout, logistics, and design details in person.

Ceremony Rehearsal:

A guided run-through of the wedding ceremony to ensure everyone knows their roles and the day flows smoothly.

On-the-Day Coordination (Lead & Assistant):

We’ll be there on the day of your wedding to oversee all aspects, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

With our Month of Coordination service, you can relax knowing that every detail will be expertly handled, allowing you to savor every moment of your wedding day.

Partial Wedding Planning

Our Partial Wedding Planning package begins 7 months before your wedding day and is designed for couples who have already laid the groundwork for their wedding but are looking for professional guidance, vendor coordination, and thoughtful recommendations while remaining fully in control of all final decisions every step of the way.

If you’ve already secured your venue, selected key vendors, or started designing your décor, we step in to refine the details and ensure every element aligns seamlessly with your vision.

You’ll receive everything included in the Month-of Coordination Package, plus the following enhanced services:

Up to 8 Video or Phone Consultations (1 Hour)

(monthly check-ins to keep you on track)

Assistance with securing up to 3 wedding vendors (excluding venue and catering)

Budget Management:

Set a realistic budget, prioritize what matters most, get vendor recommendations within your price range, and stay on track with spending from start to finish.

Logistics Management:

From seating arrangements to transportation and setup logistics, we handle the intricate details that ensure your day flows smoothly.

Our Full Service Planning is designed for couples who want a guided, hands-on planning experience with a trusted expert leading the way. Rather than spending countless hours researching vendors, comparing options, and managing logistics, we thoughtfully curate recommendations, ask the right questions, and present options tailored to your vision, style, and budget so you can confidently make decisions without the overwhelm. This service is ideal for couples who are ready to release some control, trust the planning process, and allow their wedding planner to handle the details while they enjoy the excitement of their engagement.
